What You’ll Do
Based at Ipswich you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Ipswich office has a team of 9 clinicians made up of:
7 OT's, 4 Speech Pathologist's, 4 Physiotherapist's and 1 Exercise Physiologist, 1 Allied Health Assistant and 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need
- PBS Registration - Proficient Suitability
. Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
. Minimum of 3 years experience within Behaviour Support
