Full Job Description

We're looking for an experienced barber who is passionate about their craft and wants to be part of something bigger than just cutting hair.

If you have at least 2 years of barbering experience, take pride in delivering exceptional service, and genuinely enjoy creating memorable experiences for your clients, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' barbering experience.
A passion for barbering and a genuine love for what you do.
Someone who values being part of the local community and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.
A commitment to providing an exceptional client experience—not just a haircut.
Strong attention to detail and consistently high standards of workmanship.
Eager to learn, grow, and continually improve your skills.
Professional, reliable, and a positive team player.
Comfortable recommending and selling retail products that genuinely benefit clients.
Willing to assist with maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace, including basic cleaning and daily shop duties.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services.
Create a welcoming, relaxed, and memorable experience for every client.
Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer care.
Recommend suitable grooming products and assist with retail sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation and shared salon areas.
Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive shop culture.
Continue developing your skills through ongoing education and training opportunities.
