What’s the role?

Want to combine your passion for home lending with the strength of Westpac's Business Banking network? As a Business Home Lending Manager, you'll work alongside Relationship Managers to help business customers access tailored home loan solutions that support their personal and financial goals.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Sydney CBD / Warrane, Gadigal Country or Parramatta, with hybrid working arrangements available. You'll be a trusted lending expert, working directly with customers, bankers, brokers and key stakeholders to deliver a simple and seamless experience. With a steady flow of referrals from Relationship Managers, you'll be empowered to focus on building strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping customers achieve their property ambitions.

It's an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, deepen your expertise, and make a genuine impact on the success of our business customers across New South Wales.

What do I need?

Experience in a customer facing home lending role
A passion for building relationships and creating positive customer experiences
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercial awareness and confidence navigating lending conversations with business customers
The ability to manage detail, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
