The Opportunity

Most Account Managers inherit a portfolio. This one gets to help build it.

Chobani's Petrol & Convenience channel is still taking shape, and that's exactly where this role comes in. As Account Manager - P&C, you'll take ownership of an emerging portfolio of customers, identifying new opportunities, building relationships where Chobani has limited presence today and helping shape what this channel looks like for our business.

This isn't about maintaining what already exists. It's about acquisition, relationship building and commercial growth in a channel that's still being defined. You'll work closely with customers across VIC, NSW, QLD and WA, balancing new business development with the day-to-day account management needed to convert opportunity into distribution.

In this role you'll:

Identify and secure new customer opportunities within the P&C channel
Build relationships in areas where Chobani has limited or no presence today
Develop customer growth strategies and commercial plans
Lead pricing and promotional negotiations

As this channel is still emerging within Chobani, the impact of your work will be highly visible. The customers you win, the relationships you build and the opportunities you unlock will directly influence the future direction of the channel.

Experience within FMCG, Petrol & Convenience, Independent Grocery or a related sales environment will set you up for success. Equally important is your curiosity, ambition and genuine appetite to help build something new.
