Based at our Tatura site (just 10 minutes from Shepparton), this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a school-friendly, part-time position that offers variety, flexibility and genuine work-life balance.
As our Reception & Administration Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and team members while providing administration support across Reception, People Team & Safety, Health & Wellbeing (SHW) and Site Operations
Working closely with our People Operations Manager and leadership team, you'll help keep our site running smoothly while enjoying a supportive team environment where your contribution is valued.
What You Will Be Doing
Based at our Tatura site (near Shepparton), no two days will look the same in this diverse and hands-on role. Your key responsibilities will include:

Reception and Customer Service: Be the welcoming first point of contact for all visitors, callers, and team members, delivering professional and responsive service at every interaction. Coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution across the business.
- Site Operations Assistance: Manage farm supply levels, purchase orders, and procurement processes while coordinating house rental and cleaning schedules. Deliver administrative support to the Leadership Team, including event coordination, and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- People, Safety, Health & Wellbeing Operations Assistance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including HRIS data management, to support compliance and audit readiness. Provide administrative support to the People, Marking and SHW team to enable the effective delivery of programs and initiatives.

Previous experience in reception, administration or office support
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
- The ability to manage confidential information professionally
- A willingness to support different teams across the business
- A current driver's licence
