Are you a passionate and patient-focused Dental Assistant looking to join a supportive and friendly team? Glenelg Dental is looking for a Casual Dental Assistant to join our thriving practice 3 to 4 days per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern practice environment alongside a team that genuinely values collaboration, professionalism and exceptional patient care.
Job Description
In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our clinicians to help deliver a seamless and comfortable experience for every patient.
Your responsibilities will include:

Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures

Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
-
Supporting infection control and clinical compliance processes
-
Assisting with patient care and creating a welcoming environment

Managing stock and general clinical support duties
-
Supporting the wider team where needed
Qualifications
What we value most is a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
Experience or qualifications in the following areas would be highly regarded:

Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant

Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred but not essential

Experience using dental practice software systems
-
A valid Working With Children Check (essential)
