Part time (0.6 FTE), fixed term opportunity until 30 June 2027
Flexible location / WFH opportunities

About the role:
The Rural Education Coordinator will develop and deliver CPD programs for rural GPs and rural generalists, with a focus on emergency medicine education. Reporting to the Manager, Rural Member Support, this role will collaborate with clinicians, educators and key stakeholders to create high-quality learning experiences and drive continuous improvement.

As our Rural Education Coordinator, you'll also:
Lead course development and accreditation activities with clinical experts to create engaging, outcomes-focused education programs
Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, marketing and communications to ensure successful course delivery
Coordinate course logistics, administration and on-the-ground delivery to a high standard
Build strong stakeholder relationships and evaluate programs to identify future learning opportunities and improvements

Skills & Experience:
Experience developing and delivering education programs or events
Strong project management and budgeting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
High attention to detail and organisational skills
