Your role at Clorox:
The International Associate Applications Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end operational health, performance, and sustainability of applications and supporting systems. This role ensures service availability, security, and efficiency while partnering with business teams, global IT, and vendors to deliver scalable and stable solutions aligned with global standards. The role also drives continuous improvement, service lifecycle management, and operational excellence using ITIL, ITSM, and Agile methodologies.
In this role, you will:
Service Operations:

Oversee day-to-day IT service operations including system health focusing on the daily delivery and support of technology services to maximize business value and minimize disruptions.
Stakeholder Management:
-
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for business stakeholders across international markets. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand business priorities, manage expectations, communicate service performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Advocate for business needs while balancing enterprise standards, governance requirements, and operational sustainability.
Service Transition:
- Lead the operational readiness and transition of new or enhanced services into production environments. Ensure changes are effectively evaluated, communicated, documented, and supported to minimize operational risk and maximize adoption.

Drive change management activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed and prepared for new capabilities and service enhancements.
Continuous Improvement & Delivery Enablement:

Champion a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-centric delivery.

Partner with cross-functional teams using SAFe Agile methodologies to prioritize demand, improvements, and technical debt remediation activities.

Leverage service performance data, stakeholder feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance business value.

Ensure localized solutions and initiatives align with global standards, governance requirements, and long-term supportability.
What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, engineering, or technical operations.
-
3–4 years working across enterprise applications or multiple technical domains.

Experience operating within complex global organizations and matrixed environments.

Demonstrated experience leading service improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
Technical & Analytical Skills
-
Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks and service management practices.
-
Experience managing enterprise applications. (ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred)

Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe framework).

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate into technical solutions.

Familiarity with system lifecycle management, monitoring tools, and IT infrastructure.

Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups at all levels of the organisation.

Education Level / Degree

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field; or equivalent demonstrated experience.
