Your new role

As an Administration Worker, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support across a range of services in the Gippsland region, assisting staff, consumers, volunteers and external stakeholders. You will support office administration, programs and site-based duties, work confidently and independently, communicate effectively, and build positive relationships to ensure services are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Your skills and experience

Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience (desirable)
Demonstrated experience in administrative roles (essential)
Experience in a human services organisation (desirable)
Providing Administrative Support to a range of Community Service Program Areas.
Seeking an excellent team player, proficient in Microsoft Office -Outlook, Word, Excel, Smartsheet with the ability to navigate databases, flexible with ability to multitask.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and under pressure
Ability to solve problems and effectively manage feedback
