What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional experiences through our Next Steps™ induction programme
Leading high-quality gym floor sessions including HIIT and PT-led expert workshops
Building powerful and lasting relationships with members
Growing a strong and sustainable PT client base
Maintaining equipment and ensuring a premium gym floor environment
Supporting opening/closing responsibilities as rostered

Essential Criteria

Certificate III & IV in Fitness
Current Senior First Aid & CPR
Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
High energy, professionalism, and entrepreneurial mindset

Desirable

Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

Please note:

Flexible hours and days are required for this role
Must be available for 25+ hours per week
Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
