Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunity

Are you highly organised, passionate about customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced sporting environment?

Rosebud Country Club is one of Victoria's premier golf destinations, featuring two championship golf courses, over 1,300 members, and a busy calendar of competitions, corporate golf days, and special events.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Golf Administration, Event Coordinator & Customer Service Officer to join our Golf Operations team.This is a diverse role that combines event coordination, administration, and Golf Shop attendant. No two days are the same, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a team environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating golf events, corporate days, charity tournaments and member competitions.
Assisting with event planning from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
Preparing event documentation, player lists, scorecards and competition reports.
Managing bookings through our golf management system.
Providing outstanding customer service to members and visitors.
Responding to enquiries via phone, email and in person.
Golf competition administration and results.
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Golf Shop.
Processing retail sales and maintaining professional merchandise displays.
Working closely with Golf Operations, Hospitality and Course Maintenance teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Performing general administration duties as required.

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience in sports administration, events or customer service.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and occasional evenings when required.
A passion for golf is desirable but not essential.

Experience with golf management software such as MiClub or similar systems would be highly regarded but is not essential.
