Full Job Description

Raka is looking for a skilled and dependable barista who takes pride in doing things properly. If you know your coffee, value consistency, and understand how a café should run, this role is for you.

What we need:

Strong barista skills and confidence on the machine
Solid knowledge of coffee extraction and workflow
Reliable, punctual, and steady under pressure
Good customer service with a straightforward, respectful attitude
Ability to work as part of a team and keep the place tidy
Experience in a busy café is preferred

What you’ll do:

Prepare quality coffee, every cup the same
Handle till and customer orders
Maintain a clean workspace and follow café standards
Support the team during peak times
