Take Pride Landscaping | Balgal Beach
Take Pride Landscaping is a growing, family-owned local business, and we’re looking for a professional, personable and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our team.
You’ll work closely with our Directors and help keep the day-to-day operations of our busy landscaping business running smoothly.
The role will include:
- Answering and making customer phone calls
- Managing enquiries and following up customers
- Organising site visits, quotes and schedules
- General accounts, invoicing and administration
- Liaising with trades and suppliers
- Organising materials and following up orders
- Emails, record keeping and general office duties
- Assisting the Directors with day-to-day organisation
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident, reliable and organised, with the ability to work independently and use their initiative.
Experience in administration is preferred, with experience dealing with trades, construction businesses and suppliers highly regarded.
THE DETAILS
- 2–3 days per week to start, with the opportunity for hours to expand
- School hours welcome
- Flexible on permanent or casual for the right person
- Pay rate to be discussed based on experience
- Company phone and laptop provided
- Based primarily from our Balgal Beach office
- Some work-from-home flexibility where required
- Our Townsville office will also be opening soon
