Careva – Your NDIS Independent Contractor Partner

You already have NDIS participants, or are actively building your own caseload
You want to run your own independent business - not be an employee
You're not looking for a source of new participant referrals

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

Some independent operators would rather not hold their own NDIS registration. Careva offers a structure where you deliver services under an established registered provider, with the registration, compliance and audit obligations held and managed by that provider. You keep your own business, your own participants and your own way of working.

What Careva offers: Careva partners with you for registration, compliance, and back-office support, not for participant referrals. You bring your own participants and run your own business; we handle the rest in the background.

What this isn't: Careva doesn't offer participant referrals. If you're hoping to grow your caseload through us, this partnership won't do that directly. What we do is support you in the background with the participants you already have, or as you build your own client base independently.

How it works:

Align - If we're a good fit, you'll receive your contract, details on our rewards scheme, and a list of compliance documents required under NDIS for registered provider workers

Onboard - Get access to our systems, complete training, and your participants complete their endorsements

Most contractors are up and running within 1-2 weeks
