What you’ll do
We are looking for a strategic leader with deep procurement expertise, ideally within an FMCG or large-scale retail environment. Key requirements include:
Strategic Procurement Expertise: Proven experience managing multi-million dollar portfolios, with a track record of driving sustainable EBITDA growth and delivering complex category strategies.
Facilities Management Specialist: Strong background in end-to-end facilities management (Hard and Soft services) and asset management (equipment lifecycle management), including negotiation, contract execution, and deep category management knowledge.
Negotiation Excellence: Experience utilising structured methodologies (e.g., GAP or Scotworks) to secure significant commercial outcomes in complex deals.
Leadership & Qualifications: Tertiary qualified in a relevant field (Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Digital Tech). Professional certification such as MCIPS is highly regarded.
Tech-Forward Approach: Proficiency with collaboration tools (Google Suite, Miro) and a strong understanding of AI-driven procurement technologies (Generative AI, LLMs) and their associated risks..

To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified procurement professional with deep expertise in Facilities Management and complex category strategy, ideally within an FMCG or large-scale retail environment. We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing multi-million dollar portfolios to drive sustainable EBITDA growth, underpinned by advanced negotiation skills and a strong understanding of contract law. Beyond technical acumen, you should be tech-forward—proficient in AI tools and digital collaboration software, and possess an agile, results-driven mindset.
Most importantly, you are a natural influencer and collaborative team player, capable of using your exceptional communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and embed best-practice procurement across the business.
