As a Production Engineer, you will utilize a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mentality to craft, build, and maintain complex systems at scale. You will be an essential part of taking our platform to the next level both in scale and functionality. Our production infrastructure is a hybrid environment utilizing virtual machines, containerization, and serverless technologies that hosts hundreds of thousands of customer websites, reaching a significant portion of the world's population. The Day to Day

Infrastructure Management: Monitor, alert, investigate, and resolve production infrastructure challenges across public cloud environments (including GCP and AWS).

Automation & Optimization: Actively identify opportunities and implement automated, scalable solutions to optimize code and operational tasks, reducing toil across the platform.

Incident & Problem Management: Participate in incident response during critical issues, track alert trends, and assist with root cause analysis (RCA) to drive structural improvements.

Change Execution: Execute production change and security requests, safely managing code deployments and patching pipelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with your team and cross-functional partners to align technical solutions and execution strategies with roadmap priorities.
Your Expertise and Passion

Experience: 2-4 years of software engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience building and running production-ready configurations at internet scale.

System Design: Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed microservices, and self-healing systems with efficient resource and network utilization.

Cloud & Containerization: Experience executing containerized workloads using Kubernetes orchestration and Docker across public cloud hosting providers.

Programming Languages: Proficient in structural and automated scripting using object-oriented languages, with strong experience in Python and Go preferred.

Web Serving Stack: Solid understanding of the modern web serving stack and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Linux, Nginx/Apache, MySQL, PHP, Ansible, Terraform).

Observability: Hands-on familiarity implementing metrics, monitoring, and alerting systems (such as Prometheus or EFK stacks) to maximize infrastructure visibility.

Mindset: A forward-thinking learner with superb analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis capabilities who loves a team-first environment.
