About Trustana

Trustana helps retailers, distributors, and brands manage and enrich product data so it can be used across e-commerce, marketplaces, and AI systems. Our platform helps customers clean, structure, and optimize large product catalogs to improve discovery, automation, and digital sales performance.

The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative who enjoys building strong customer relationships and helping customers achieve business outcomes with our platform.

You’ll be the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing success. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their goals, drive platform adoption, and ensure they get lasting value from Trustana. While the role includes some hands-on onboarding and configuration, the primary focus is customer engagement, success, and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Own customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to adoption
Build trusted relationships with customers and become their day-to-day advisor
Help customers improve how they manage product data and use the platform effectively
Monitor customer health, drive adoption, and proactively address risks
Lead regular business reviews and share best practices
Support renewals and identify opportunities for account growth
Assist with simple proof-of-concept projects and onboarding configurations when needed
Gather customer feedback and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve the customer experience

What We’re Looking For

2-4 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or similar experience in B2B SaaS
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Experience managing customer onboarding and driving adoption
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product catalogs, or structured data
Curious about AI and excited to learn new technologies
Organized, proactive, and focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes
