Full Job Description

Our North Sydney-based office currently has 2 Partners and approximately 8 employees in total and is hiring for a new Administrator role. In this role you will be reporting into the Directors and provide administration support to the wider accounting team. The initial role is a paid trial with a move to a full time role for the successful candidate.

$40/hour (Paid Trial to Perm Role – Salary to be discussed during the interview)

About Us

Bramelle Partners is a client focused firm with the backing of Multiplier Holdings, which allows the company to use technology to develop customer focused solutions. Bramelle Partners unique model entails providing specialised tax, accounting and corporate advisory services to their clients.

Main tasks

Assist the accounting team with onboarding new clients in Xero/Suitefiles, ATO portal & creating hardcopy of document files for office use
Corresponding with and providing refreshments for visitors to the office
Maintain and update of client details in Xero (e.g. Address, directorship, etc)
Using multiple computer systems
Assisting in record keeping, scanning and filing
Managing AI receptionist for calls
Any other tasks that contribute to the function of the accounting department and

Other adhoc tasks

Preparation and lodgement of various ASIC forms and minutes.
Proactively follow up for signed documents to ensure on time lodgement.
Provide ASIC Summary or purchase ASIC Extract when requested by Accountants.
Lodgement of income tax returns.
Preparation and finalisation of letters and bills (e.g. formatting, checking grammar and typo, letter head, sign here stickers)
Assist with the collation of documents to send out

About you:

You have experience working in an accounting firm in an admin capacity would be hugely desirable.
Experience in assisting a team with administration tasks essential decent working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
Ideally have some experience using XERO, PDF Manager, ATO Portal, ASIC Portal and Teams but not essential.
Are technology and customer focused.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Common sense and proactivity
