Job Description:
Job Summary:
Coordination and management of employment screening process using our digital platform VerifyNow.
Responsibilities (Duties):

Provide customer support for use of Verify Now platform
-
Provide administrative support for our recruitment services
-
Undertake checks and verifications offered by Accurate Australia
-
Ensuring accurate information is gathered and efficient record keeping
-
Update and maintain SharePoint sites as required
-
Update and maintain standard operating procedure manuals
-
Reception tasks including answering calls, mail management, preparation, tracking and dispatch of files
-
Maintain and update websites and social media channels as required
-
Help prepare client agreements and sales collateral
-
Support the team to manage the Customer Relationship Management software
-
Provide support to deliver marketing and communications activities (may include interstate travel)
-
Produce reports as required
-
Back office administrative support including invoicing and billing

Carry out other duties as required by Employment Screening team

Continually strive to raise the profile and reputation of Accurate Australia and its Service deliver activities

Assist in developing a positive working relationship between clients and all employees

Ensure that all interface with clients reflects well upon Accurate Australia
Qualifications:
Requirements, Skills, and Education

Experience in clerical and administrative tasks where accuracy and attention to detail are critical

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Word and Excel)

Strong computer skills and problem-solving capability

Good communications skills both verbal and written

A high level of motivation and personal integrity

Knowledge of and commitment to quality improvement and customer focused service delivery

A commitment to teamwork to help ensure the overall achievement of team goals and objectives
