About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Planner to join our Customer Loyalty & Engagement team, supporting the Insurance portfolio, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great opportunity to own marketing campaigns from planning and briefing through to execution, reporting and optimisation. You'll build experience across retail and financial services marketing while developing your expertise in acquisition, customer lifecycle marketing, campaign management and working in a regulated environment, all within a collaborative and supportive team.

What you'll do

You'll deliver marketing campaigns across the Insurance portfolio, managing multiple priorities while partnering with stakeholders and agency teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Using campaign performance and customer insights, you'll help optimise future activity and contribute to continuous improvement across the portfolio.

You'll also:

Coordinate campaigns from briefing through to execution, reporting and optimisation.
Manage multiple campaigns, ensuring delivery is accurate, on time and compliant.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners and cross-functional teams.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Support budget tracking, forecasting and purchase order processes.
Improve campaign planning and marketing workflows.

About you and your skills

You're a collaborative marketer with three or more years' experience delivering campaigns and managing projects in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy taking ownership, building strong relationships and balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Financial services experience isn't essential. We're open to marketers from across Coles or similar environments who are looking to broaden their experience and build expertise in customer lifecycle marketing within a regulated environment.

You'll also have:

Experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Confidence working within governance, approval and compliance processes.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
A willingness to learn and grow your expertise in customer lifecycle and financial services marketing.
