Senior Cleaning Service Agent – Lithgow

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and personable cleaner to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, taking pride in their work and building great relationships with clients, while still having the support of an established business behind them.
The role
You’ll take responsibility for an established cleaning run across Lithgow, working Monday to Thursday within school hours:
- Monday: 9:30am–2:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:30am–1:30pm
- Wednesday: 9:30am–1:30pm
- Thursday: 9:30am–2:00pm
Your day will start and finish at our storage facility on Bells Road, Oakey Park.
You’ll generally complete two client cleans per day, with Mondays and Thursdays also including cleaning of our Lithgow storage facilities.
You’ll have everything you need to do the job well — equipment, supplies, detailed checklists, booking information, client notes, established systems and ongoing support from management.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage their own day, organise what they need, complete cleans to a high standard and provide excellent customer service.

While you’ll work independently day-to-day, you’ll be part of a closely managed team. We maintain regular communication with our clients, conduct quality checks and spot checks, and provide ongoing support to ensure our service standards are maintained.

Our cleaning business provides natural, eco-friendly and neuro-inclusive domestic support across the Blue Mountains and Lithgow region.

Essential requirements
You must have:
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- A reliable vehicle which can be used to travel in between jobs and transport cleaning equipment - travel allowances apply
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Availability Monday to Thursday during the advertised hours
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Ability to attend an interview in Katoomba
- Ability to attend approximately two days of initial training in Katoomba
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
Neurokin Australia will cover the cost of required background checks.
