OGStays is a locally owned short-stay property management company based on the Bellarine Peninsula. We look after high-end holiday homes and families who come here for their once-a-year break. We take pride in leaving every home spotless.
Role in one line:
We’re hiring reliable, detail-focused cleaners with their own car for regular daytime work from training starting now, and more hours September to April.
What you’ll do:
- Clean holiday homes between guest stays (beds, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, surfaces, outdoor areas)
- Strip and remake beds, handle linen and towels
- Restock basic supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
- Report any damage or maintenance issues
- Follow a clear checklist so every home looks the same every time
What you get:
- $45–$55 per hour depending on property and day
- Higher rates for weekends and public holidays
- Regular daytime work in peak season (2 cleans per day is typical)

You’re a good fit if:
- You have your own reliable car and licence
- You live on or very close to the Bellarine Peninsula
- You can work at least 3–5 days per week from September to April, including some Saturdays and Sundays. (Training is in Aug leading into busier times.)
- You’re physically fit (stairs, lifting linen bags, moving quickly between rooms)
- You care about details and doing things properly, not just “good enough”
- You show up when you say you will and give notice if something changes
- Have a ABN or willing to get one. Instructions how to invoice etc provided.
Nice to have (not required):
- Previous experience in domestic, hotel, or short-stay cleaning
- Experience working to tight time windows between guest check-out and check-in
