Are you interested in a career with the elderly in a Community setting (their homes)? This may be the opportunity for you!
Training is available
No qualification or experience required.
Part-time positions are available.
Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Shifts vary from .45 - 3.0 hours.
School-friendly hours available.

Are you a caring, supportive, and reliable person with a great attitude?

We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their Home Care team.

No experience or qualification is required.

We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new residents.

What we are seeking:

Have a great attitude
Be reliable
Willingness to learn and work
Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain one
Working Rights in Australia
Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week)
Good communication skills
Want to work and care for the elderly?
Must live within the Port Augusta Council area.

Shifts

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.

You chose your days and hours.

Services - Qualified (holds a Certificate III in Individual Support: Aged Care)

Personal Care (showering, dressing, grooming)
Meal assistance/preparation
Transportation
Shopping assistance
Bed making, room tidying up
Domestic Assistance
Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning
Bathroom cleaning/tidy up.
Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff
Complete documentation
Follow policies and procedures
Complete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.

Services - Unskilled (not qualified)

Bed making, room tidying up
Domestic Assistance
Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning
Bathroom cleaning/tidy up.
Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff
Complete documentation
Follow policies and procedures
Complete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.
