Full Job Description

Ben Ean is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Casual Patisserie & Deli Team Member to join our team.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have a passion for great food and customer service, and thrive as part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Casual position with approximately 20–25 hours per week
Weekend availability is essential, with some weekday shifts available
Opportunity to work in a beautiful Hunter Valley venue

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service
Preparing and serving coffee, beverages and light café items
Assisting with the sale of cakes, pastries, deli products and retail items
Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions
Restocking displays and maintaining the presentation of the Patisserie & Deli
General cleaning and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment

About You

Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, retail or customer service is preferred
Friendly, positive and well-presented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Current RSA (or willingness to obtain one) is an advantage
A current driver's licence is preferred, but not essential
