Property Management roles - Senior & Assistant - Flexible work from home arrangements available.

Due to our recent expansion to a 4th office location, we have Property Management roles available across Phillip Island & Wonthaggi.

As a Property Manager with Barry Plant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our rental properties. To assist you with your role we also offer:

Admin & Accounts support supplied.

Leasing support supplied.

Property Inspector supplied.

Flexible work arrangements

Above award salary + commissions

Recently rebranding to join the Barry Plant network, we are a long-standing business in the region, with 25 years experience on Phillip island and the Bass Coast. We have 4 office locations (Cowes, San Remo, Wonthaggi & Inverloch) and are on a journey of growth.

Property Manager - all aspects of Property Management, leasing team on hand to assist.

Assistant property manager - working with a senior, learning all aspects to prepare you to take over your own portfolio.

We provide the most up-to-date tech and systems to support property managers including all equipment required.

The Requirements

We're seeking a motivated and passionate Property Manager who possesses:

Agents representative certificate / Real Estate license
Drivers license & Valid Police Check
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Team player
Common sense and a "can do" attitude.
A proven track record in property management.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of relevant real estate legislation and regulations.
A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
