About the Role
Strong teams go further and as a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in keeping day to day operations running smoothly by coordinating travel, training compliance, purchasing, onboarding and administrative activities to support and assist with project activities.

Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport) for project team members

Manage staff compliance records through internal systems and databases

Order and maintain records of uniforms and PPE requirements

Schedule and coordinate training bookings, ensuring compliance requirements are met

Raise purchase orders for overheads, subcontractors and project related requirements

Maintain key registers including assets, tools, keys, credit cards, vehicles, travel and purchase orders
Required Skills and Experience
You enjoy being busy, are flexible and proactive with a can-do attitude and have previous administration experience or project support experience.

Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication (written and verbal)

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft suite
