About Plunge Pool Warehouse

We are a small SEQ business with a simple mission: to make pool ownership more accessible, affordable, and flexible for everyday Australians. We operate a unique direct-supply, "plug-and-play" business model, providing high-quality, pre-plumbed fibreglass plunge pools directly to consumers and trade professionals at competitive pricing. By partnering with one of Australia's most trusted manufacturers, our lightweight pools are designed to be installed almost anywhere without the massive cost, timeline, or headache of a full-size traditional build.

The Opportunity

This role bridges the gap between sales and production by driving pipeline support, maintaining CRM hygiene, and coordinating yard logistics to ensure a seamless supply-only customer journey. There is potential for transitioning the successful candidate into a permanent role if we achieve our goals for the coming months.

Core Responsibilities

Manage post-sale administration by actively chasing down 30% production deposits and final payments, and ensuring critical documents like Sales Agreements and engineering paperwork are signed.
Coordinate yard logistics by processing official pool orders, managing physical stock pool allocations, and ensuring required equipment is procured and tracked.
Maintain strict data hygiene within our bespoke CRM and ensure all customer pipeline stages remain accurate. Will be critical to increasing the functionality of the software.
Facilitate local trade referral hand-offs for clients needing installation help, and assist with basic customer logistics inquiries.
Capture basic yard and production media content for marketing purposes, and provide operational support during events or staff absences.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Pipeline Velocity: Reduce the average time between initial deposits and final production deposits through proactive follow-ups.
Operational Accuracy: Maintain zero discrepancies between physical yard inventory and CRM allocations.
Compliance: Achieve a 100% completion rate for all required sales agreements and engineering documentation prior to dispatch.
Trade Efficiency: Execute partner network handoffs within 48 hours to keep the customer journey moving.

Training & Development

Comprehensive onboarding covering our supply-only business model, product specifications, and operations.
Dedicated training on internal systems, pipeline management, and compliance filing.
Regular performance syncs to review pipeline bottlenecks, update product knowledge, and track progress toward permanent employment targets.

Pay: From $29.45 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week
