What's the job?

As a Guest Service Agent in Front Office, you'll be responsible for the arrival and departure experience of our guests, including check-in and check-out, up-selling, problem resolution, answering phone calls, providing guest recognition and assisting in any other day to day needs.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Making memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes, and supporting with their check-in
Acknowledging IHG One Rewards Club members and returning guests
Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
Handling guest enquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Responding promptly to guest feedback and resolving issues appropriately

What we need from you:

Have good communication skills, similar Front Office / Reception experience is preferred

Have excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
Have excellent personal presentation and a positive energy

Have flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays across a seven-day roster

Applicants must have Australian working rights
