About the Internship Program
Our Internship Program is a paid opportunity for students in their penultimate year of undergraduate studies and runs for 12 weeks commencing in November each year.
You’ll gain hands on experience, explore career pathways and work alongside industry professionals on real-world challenges. We’ll support your development with career coaching and skills training to help shape your future.
We’re seeking an Undergraduate, Project Services student to join our paid 12-week summer internship program, running from November 2026 to February 2027 in Brisbane or Perth .
Applicants would be studying for one of the following degrees: Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics or Computer Science.
Business Management (Analytics), Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or Software Engineering.
From day one, you’ll have:

Eligibility
- You are currently in your penultimate year of your studies.
- Available to start in mid-November 2026 and commit to Worley’s 12-week program.
- Valid working rights in Australia - You must have current unrestricted working rights for at least 6 years within Australia to be eligible for consideration and only those candidates with appropriate qualifications and experience will be contacted directly. Worley does not sponsor candidates.
