- Perform functional and technical testing across BAU and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring quality, coverage, and timely delivery.

The Role
Reporting to the Test Practice Manager, you will support BAU production and various digital transformation's testing activities. As a Test Analyst, you will take on all forms of functional and technical testing under the guidance of a Test Lead.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end testing processes and defect lifecycles
- Deep analysis and creating complex test case scenarios using industry test tools
- Analysing test results, documenting root causes, and collaborating with Development teams for issue resolution
- Helping establish best practices in testing and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes
- Creating test plans, executing tests and producing reports ensuring comprehensive test coverage, traceability and quality delivery
- Assist team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence
You
You’re a career Test professional with experience building scalable, efficient test solutions using a risk-based test approach. Your skills with stakeholder management and effective communication skills will see you succeed in this role.
Other skills and experiences include:
- Demonstrated knowledge of test methodologies, approaches and frameworks
- Hands-on experience as a Test Analyst or equivalent role
- Knowledge in Cloud platforms and software such as AWS, Azure and software such as Service (Saas)
- Sound understanding of functional and integration testing
- Proven track record in agile delivery environments in collaboration with diverse teams
- Experience with DevOps, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 ERP, or Construction Management Systems will be highly regarded
