About the Role
As a Surgical / Implant Dental Nurse, you will play an integral role in supporting clinicians during a range of surgical and implant procedures while ensuring patients receive outstanding care and reassurance throughout their treatment journey.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Chairside assistance during implant and surgical procedures
- Preparation and setup of surgical instruments and treatment rooms
- Maintaining strict infection control and sterilisation standards
- Assisting with patient education and post-operative instructions
- Managing stock, surgical materials, and equipment
- Supporting clinicians to ensure procedures run efficiently and smoothly
- Creating a calm, professional, and welcoming experience for patients
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced Dental Nurse (implant or surgical experience highly regarded)
- Organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
- Able to anticipate clinician needs during procedures
- Committed to maintaining high clinical standards
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Eager to learn and continually develop their skills
Experience assisting with implant, surgical, or advanced restorative procedures is highly desirable, although additional training can be provided for the right candidate.
