Describe a time when you supported or mentored administrative staff while also ensuring smooth day-to-day operations? How would/did you manage workflows, maintain high-quality processes, and align team activities with organisational priorities? Give an example where an unexpected problem occurred during an event/project that you were coordinating? What was your task and what actions did you take to mitigate the situation? How did it impact the event/project outcome?
