What does the job look like?
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Warehouse Supervisor to join our high-performing team in Kemps Creek. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the afternoon shift operation within a large multi-user warehouse environment, ensuring safe, efficient and productive daily operations.
Leading a team of approximately 45–50 team members, supported by two Team Leaders, you will play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining strong customer outcomes and fostering a positive safety culture. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm. Key areas:
Lead daily warehouse operations to deliver safe, efficient and productive outcomes.
Drive team performance through coaching, development and effective people leadership.
Manage employee performance, attendance and behavioural matters while maintaining team engagement.
Promote a safety-first culture through observations, incident management and compliance activities.
Coordinate labour and resources to achieve operational targets and customer expectations.
Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Are you the one?
We are seeking a hands-on leader who can demonstrate strong decision-making and people leadership within a fast-paced warehousing environment. Your operational expertise and ability to engage, develop and motivate teams will be key to your success. You can demonstrate:
Leadership experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
Strong people management, coaching and communication skills.
Experience managing operational performance and KPI outcomes.
The ability to lead large teams in a high-volume warehouse environment.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience using WMS systems and intermediate Excel skills will be highly regarded.
