Job Description

Join our team as a Night Auditor at Ibis Budget Sydney Olympic Park!

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage our hotel's overnight operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

This role is required to work overnight from 11pm to 7.00am the next day and also involves weekends.
Oversee front desk operations during the night shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries with a friendly and professional manner
Perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
Compile Night Audit day pack reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance, distributing to specific departments in a timely manner as required
Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs and concerns throughout the night
Conduct regular security rounds to maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all guests
Prepare comprehensive reports for the day shift team, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts
Maintain accurate records of all night audit activities

Qualifications

Previous experience in Front Office operations.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Reporting and analytical skills are essential to ensure the accuracy and timely preparation of all night audit paperwork
Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage
