About the role

As Project Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in negotiating and delivering energy services connection agreements that support LUMEA™’s ambitious growth goals. You’ll manage complex connection infrastructure transactions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary bid team across the Transgrid Group.

In this client-facing role, your outstanding stakeholder management skills will be key. You’ll cultivate strong partnerships—internally and externally—and quickly build trust and credibility across all levels of the organisation.

Key Highlights:

Lead development and execution of energy connection agreements
Drive growth through infrastructure transaction management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Transgrid Group
Engage deeply with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

What we expect from you:

Experience in the energy infrastructure and /or renewable energy industry
Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skills including demonstrated influencing skills with potential customers, decision makers, and other relevant stakeholders
Proven track record in the development and management of competitive energy infrastructure bids
Experience in innovative project development and management, and well-developed problem-solving skills
High-level business and commercial acumen with a proven track record in the development, negotiation and execution of commercial agreements
Proven experience with pricing high-value transactions
Experience with developing pricing strategies with the use of financial modelling
