Clifford Wallace is your go-to agency for boardroom waiter, barista, and corporate waiter roles in Sydney. We have a reputation for providing exceptional and personable baristas and waiters providing both excellence and value. We support our staff with training and encourage togetherness and teamwork. We are offering experienced Baristas/Waiters a casual position with the opportunity to work full time hours in some of Sydney’s most exciting and prestigious corporate locations.

The Role
This is a chance to prove your outstanding hospitality skills in a unique position working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be attending to the daily demands of high-volume coffee orders plus also attending to food and beverage service for the corporate client entertainment floors including internal meeting rooms. Shifts are Monday-Friday, so this is a great opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to make a life-style change.

The successful candidate must have:

Above average customer service skills.
Full Working Rights in Australia and the ability to commit to the role for more than three months.
Previous experience as a Barista or Boardroom Waiter in Sydney, specifically in boardroom service and corporate waiter roles within a corporate pantry in Australia, is highly desirable. Extensive experience in a similar environment will also be considered.
Experience in coffee machine maintenance & grind adjusting
Ability to create latte art
Great organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as a part of a dynamic and experienced team
Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
A track record of being reliable, punctual and dedicated
A strong understanding of corporate confidentiality requirements.
An outgoing personality
You’ll need the flexibility to work morning and evening shifts across a 5 day week
