SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED – GOLD COAST, QLD

Carefinity is looking for dedicated Male and Female Disability Support Workers (DSWs) to support clients across the Gold Coast, QLD.

About the Role

Location: Gold Coast, QLD
Shifts: Ongoing, with a variety of hours available

Shift Types:

Short shifts (3 hours)
Longer shifts (6–8 hours)
Sleepover shifts

Duties Include

Community access and social support
Personal care and daily living support
Providing safe, respectful, and person-centred care

Requirements

✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Right to Work in Australia
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
✅ Relevant Qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
✅ Driver's Licence and reliable transport

For Tweed Heads shifts, applicants must have:

Experience with manual handling
Experience with medication administration

Tweed Heads shifts are paid at DSW Level 2 rates. Most Gold Coast shifts are paid at DSW Level 1 rates.
