Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year.

About the Role:
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Field Sales team, taking ownership of a territory across Darwin and Alice Springs.
This is a dynamic role that combines account management and new business development, giving you the opportunity to grow an existing customer base while identifying and converting new business opportunities. You'll partner with a diverse portfolio of on-premise and retail customers, from independent venues to multi-site operators, delivering commercial growth through strong relationships, execution excellence, and customer-focused solutions.
Operating with a high level of autonomy, you'll manage your territory as your own business, supported by a portfolio of world-leading premium brands and a collaborative, high-performing team.
This territory plays a key role within Diageo's Northern Territory business, offering significant growth potential across Darwin and Alice Springs. Covering a diverse geographic region, you'll work closely with customers to strengthen existing partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and expand Diageo's presence across the region.

Experience / Skills Required:
- A track record of taking ownership and delivering outcomes end-to-end
