The Opportunity
Take on a pivotal role as our Receptionist and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Bring your reception experience, organisational skills, and positive attitude to become a valued member of our supportive, growing team – making a real difference every day.
Position Responsibilities

Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

Making outbound calls and answering all in-bound calls.

Monitoring emails as well as making inbound and outbound calls on behalf of the office

Coordinating deliveries, couriers and managing the mail inbox for the team

Playing a key role in the organisation of staff functions, meetings and company events

Scanning and archiving any paper records – our office is to remain paperless where possible

Managing the inventory of office supplies, stationery and kitchen supplies, placing orders to top up the stockpile as required

Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the team
About You

Proficient in MS Outlook and Word
-
1+ years of Reception experience
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Committed to providing exceptional service to clients

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
