Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent

Pay: $59.79 - $79.04 per hour (based on qualification and experience)

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:

Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement

About Goodstart Lake Munmorah:

Located within Pacific Lakes Estate, Goodstart Early Learning Lake Munmorah has been a valued part of the local community since 2004. The centre offers an exciting opportunity for a Centre Director to lead an experienced, passionate and committed team with strong relationships across the local community.

With engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments, a large vegetable garden and worm farm, qualified cooks and a strong focus on play-based learning, the centre provides a warm, collaborative and purpose-driven workplace.

You’ll need:

Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
