Full Job Description

Your Role

We are seeking a talented Duck Creek Policy Developer to join our Insurance Technology team and contribute to the delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives for leading insurers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Duck Creek Policy solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business requirements.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Design, develop, and configure solutions within Duck Creek Policy Administration.
Create and maintain product configurations, business rules, forms, workflows, rating structures, and integrations.
Work closely with business analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform enhancements, upgrades, and support activities across Duck Creek applications.
Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems using web services and APIs.
Identify and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.

Your Profile

Experience in Duck Creek Upgrade projects and new product development.
Familiarity with code management and deployment tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
