Back of House - Papi's Birria Tacos

About Us

Papi's Birria Tacos is one of Sydney's most exciting and authentic Mexican taquerias, known for our slow-cooked birria, street-style tacos, and vibrant dining atmosphere. We are a fast-growing brand with locations across Sydney, and we're looking for reliable and energetic team members to join our back-of-house crew.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Back of House staff member to support our kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of a busy team helping us deliver great food and great vibes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Food preparation and cooking tasks
⁠Washing, cleaningandmaintainingkitchenequipmentandutensils
Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean, organised and safe
Receiving and storing deliveries
Running Smooth Service
Following food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential - we provide training)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
Weekend and evening availability is essential
