Role: Educator

Location: Nelson Bay – Postcode 2315– NSW

Centre: Goodstart Nelson Bay

Employment Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – Full Time of 38 hours a week - 5 days a week

Pay: Up to $39.91 per hour Plus Super

About Goodstart Nelson Bay

Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Nelson Bay is a 59 -place centre.
Individualized Curriculum: The centre is Rated Meeting National Quality Standards and follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.
Experience: To join this passionate and dedicated team – a solid background in early childcare is needed.

Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
