Full Job Description

Full Time: Office Manager   

Salary: $79,499 + 12% Super

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Office Manager to oversee our day-to-day administrative and operational functions, supporting our dynamic production and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all office administration, systems, and records to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting in collaboration with our finance team.
Coordinate HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and company policies.
Support inventory management, supplier coordination, and purchasing documentation.
Manage office communications, scheduling, and correspondence for management and staff.
Prepare reports, budgets, and assist in process improvements for operational efficiency.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and service providers.
Assist in planning and executing company meetings, training sessions, and internal events.

About You

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally within hospitality, food production, or retail.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting or payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Qualification:

Bachelor is mandatory

Further studies in Business Administration will be highly regarded.
