Help Shape Futures at C&K Coolangatta Community Kindergarten

Are you an organised and enthusiastic administration professional looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference? At C&K Coolangatta, we’re looking for a friendly and reliable Administration Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our centre operations, educators, children, and families.

As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring our day-to-day administration runs efficiently. You’ll work closely with our director and educators, helping support a positive experience for our children, families, and team.

Permanent Part-time position
5 hours per week
$27.43-$29.53 per hour + Super

What you’ll bring

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success.

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

Valid Blue Card and current Police Check
A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate

We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
