Graphic Designer – Packaging, Catalogues & Social Media

Location: Carrum Downs, VIC
Employment Type: Full Time

Bell Marine is one of Australia's leading manufacturers and wholesalers of high-performance marine accessories. We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who can produce outstanding creative work across product packaging, catalogues, advertising and digital marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to design material that not only looks great but also sells products.

Key Responsibilities

Design retail product packaging from concept through to print-ready artwork.
Create engaging social media advertising for Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.
Design and maintain product catalogues, price lists, brochures and promotional material.
Produce point-of-sale displays, banners, trade show graphics and dealer marketing material.
Prepare artwork for commercial printing and liaise with printers when required.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed marketing.
Edit and enhance product photography and create promotional graphics.
Work closely with our sales and marketing team to develop new product launches and advertising campaigns.

Essential Requirements

Proven commercial experience as a Graphic Designer.
A strong portfolio demonstrating retail packaging, catalogue design and social media advertising.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience preparing artwork for professional printing.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour management and branding.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Highly Desirable

Experience in product photography and image retouching.
Video editing and motion graphics experience.
Knowledge of social media advertising best practices.
Experience within the retail, manufacturing or marine industry.
