COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Raine & Horne Commercial Bankstown are seeking an energetic and vibrant person with a genuine passion for real-estate to join our team.

The role will be office administration within an office that primarily deals with industrial property assets.

Specific duties will include but not be limited to:

Provide administrative support across the sales, leasing and property management to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Prepare and process real estate documentation, including agency agreements, lease documents
Processing commercial application forms and preparing heads of agreements
Coordinate property marketing, including online listings, signboards, brochures and promotional material.
Prepare property submissions/presentation.
Maintain accurate client records, databases and CRM systems.
Welcome clients, visitors and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, solicitors, contractors and other stakeholders as required.
Ensure documentation complies with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Undertake duties as required by the Director

Extensive training for all duties will be provided both internally and externally. Raine & Horne Commercial Corporate office also provides on-going training and further development on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Professional and immaculate personal presentation

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Natural people skills and the ability to build relationships

· An enthusiastic attitude with a passion for the property industry;

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

· Must have a proactive and can do attitude

· Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly

Salary on offer based on experience. All applicants will be dealt with the highest level of confidence.

This is a part-time position, requiring 2–3 days per week, with some flexibility around the working days. However, full-time applicants will also be considered. The advertised annual salary will be pro-rated based on the agreed working days,
