Moonee Ponds: Pizza Chef (Experience with Dome Oven) & Pasta Chef
Richmond: 1 Pizza Chef
South Melbourne: 1 Pasta Chef
Windsor: 1 Pizza / Pasta Chef (Dual Capability or Kitchen All-Rounder)
Thornbury: 1 Pizza Chef (Experience with Dome Oven)

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience in Italian kitchen operations (pizza making, pasta prep, or line cooking).
Knowledge of or willingness to master specialized equipment (e.g., dome pizza ovens).
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work peak service periods (evenings and weekends).
