Full Job Description

Join the Pappous Souvlaki Team!

At Pappous Souvlaki, we believe in developing well-rounded team members by providing hands-on training across all areas of our restaurant. Whether you're looking for your first job or have hospitality experience, we'll teach you the skills you need to succeed.

What You'll Learn & Do:

As a Team Member, you'll be trained in a variety of roles, including:

Preparing fresh ingredients before opening, including cutting vegetables, making tzatziki, preparing Greek salads, and setting up the shop for the day.
Providing excellent customer service by taking orders and operating the cash register (POS system).
Working on the pass, assembling and preparing menu items such as souvlakis, open plates, snack packs, and other meals.
Operating the fryer and hot plate, including cooking pitas, chips, calamari, and other fried items while maintaining food quality and safety.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment throughout your shift.
Assisting with end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures to prepare the store for the next trading day.

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Friendly and reliable with strong customer service skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Good communication skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential—full training is provided.
