First Aid & LVR Trainer Jobs – Join Our Team in Melbourne

Are you a qualified trainer with real-world experience in electrical rescue, first aid, paramedicine or nursing?
Emergency First Aid Pty Ltd is looking for passionate and professional trainers to deliver nationally accredited First Aid and Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) courses across Greater Melbourne.

Emergency First Aid Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with over [insert years] years of experience. We deliver engaging, compliant and practical training to a wide range of industries, from schools and construction sites to aged care and government.

With up to 20 training locations across Greater Melbourne, we are known for our personalised support, reliable systems, and hands-on approach.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re currently seeking Low Voltage Rescue (LVR Trainers and First Aid Trainers who are:

Confident, professional, and dynamic in the training room
Committed to industry standards and learner outcomes
Able to adapt training to suit various learner groups
Interested in flexible contract-based work

Your Role

As a trainer with Emergency First Aid, you’ll be responsible for:

Planning, delivering, and assessing accredited courses in line with our training standards
Providing a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Maintaining training equipment and resources
Attending staff development sessions

✅ What You’ll Need (Mandatory)

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116 or TAE40122) or a higher education qualification in adult learning
For LVR Trainers: UET30621 – Certificate III in ESI – Distribution Overhead or a relevant electrical qualification (e.g. UEE30820 – Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician) and demonstrate current industry experience in live low voltage rescue.
For First Aid Trainers: A qualification in First Aid, Paramedicine, Nursing, or a related field
Recent industry experience related to the training being delivered
A valid Working With Children Check
Working knowledge of compliance in an RTO environment

Additional Requirements

A current driver’s licence
Your own reliable vehicle
Strong communication and time management skills

Position Details

Flexible scheduling – ideal for those already working in the field
Support from an experienced RTO team
